Logistic regression subsets

Description
-----------

logsub computes Mallows Cq and Wald chi-square, comparing 
    the reduced model with q variable to the full model with 
    p variables, for subsets of logistic regression models.  
    It begins by removing each of the independent variables 
    one at a time, followed by two at a time, and so on, up 
    to five variables at a time.
