Tuesday, June 20 through Thursday, June 24 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in CLICC Classroom C, third floor of the Powell Library Building
Description: This workshop is for those who need to learn data manipulation techniques using SAS data and procedure steps to access, transform, and summarize SAS data sets. The course builds on the concepts that are presented in the Introduction to SAS Programming workshop and is not recommended for beginning SAS software users. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to control SAS data set input and output; combine SAS data sets; summarize, read and write different types of data; perform DO loop and SAS array processing; and transform character, numeric and date variables. This workshop will be presented by an instructor from SAS. This is the second of two workshops in preparation for the Base SAS Certification examination. We kindly ask that people sign up for both SAS Programming I and SAS Programming II, as these workshops are being offered as preparation for the Base SAS Certification exam.
NOTE: This event is open ONLY to those who are currently affiliated with the University of California.
